1) How long will it take to receive my order? In-stock orders are processed and delivered within 5-10 business days. Exceptions to special orders and/or rush orders are made on an individual basis. (Shipping and handling charges apply.)

2) Is there a minimum on wholesale orders?
Yes. Minimum wholesale re-orders are $50, excluding display rack purchases.

3) What are your shipping rates?
Standard shipping Priority Mail rates vary according to the size of your order, but are typically $5.50-$7.50. We will also utilize UPS Ground and FedEx Air on as needed basis.

4) What is the suggested retail price for Necklines™ and LulaLoops™?
According to the market we suggest a value between $7-$10 for those Necklines™ with charms, $10-15 for Funky LulaLoops™, $15-$20 for Alpha LulaLoops™,  and $1 (99 cents) for the plain bands.

5) Do you offer display racks for Necklines™ and LulaLoops™?
Yes. We have NEW rotating peg panel counter and floor displays available in assorted colors!  See catalog page for photos.

6) Do you have a catalog available?
Yes!  See our Catalog Page for a pdf version of our catalog. You may also request a hard copy by mail, if you encounter difficulty downloading the pdf file. Simply e-mail us your request to valgalgifts@charter.net with "ValGal Catalog Request" in the subject line.

7) What colors do you offer for the plain replacement bands?
In addition to our standard black (best seller), and best sellers pink and brown, and now Teal and Bubblegum
Pink, we offer over 20 colors, as seen in our catalog.  Some colors are subject to seasonal availability.  Realize, however, that the bands are suggested as "replaceable," not "interchangeable."

8) Will you be getting new product in soon?
We are always seeking the newest and trendiest product available for our customers. And, our site cannot always keep up with the product changes at ValGal Gifts. If you have product in mind (i.e. mascot, etc.) that you would like to see us offer, please let us know. If we do not already carry it, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

9) What is your Satisfaction Guaranteed policy?
Customer satisfaction of product is guaranteed. For instance, if by chance, your customers purchase a "one size fits all" band that does not fit, we will replace it free of charge with one that is sure to expand like they expect it to. (Occasionally, there will be a "fluke" band in the bunch.) Any other product inquiries will also be honored. We also offer replacement bands. Please call us with any questions.

10) Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (required on most new accounts). Thank you.

11) I cannot find a local retailer in my area with the NecklineTM style I am seeking.  May I purchase directly from you and your website?  Though we do not sell directly to consumers, we are aware that not all retailers have a complete stock in our product.  However, if you have first contacted the retailer nearest you and they will not place a special order (we have many that often do), we will be glad to redirect you to a customer who will ship direct (i.e. Ashley's Attic, McMinnville, TN).  Please e-mail valgalgifts@charter.net with "ValGal Product Inquiry" in the subject line, so that we may assist you further.  Thank you for your interest!  

12) Are your charms lead free?  Yes.  Our suppliers have assured us that the pewter and/or silver plated charms we use are either lead free and/or meet the national minimum standards recently passed in legislation.  (Certificates on file.)  However, we suggest that the small parts should not be placed in the mouth and may, therefore, not be suited for children under the age of 3.

13) Where is your product made?  Our product is assembled here in the USA with the majority of our supplies being manufactured in the USA also.  Only a slight few of our components within the LulaLoopsTM are purchased overseas.  However, items such as our original LulaLoopTM, Vintage Alpha Frame NecklineTM, Oval Vintage Alpha NecklineTM and Pink Polka Dot Alpha Neckline TM are exclusively designed and distributed by ValGal Gifts, an American owned and operated business, and cannot be purchased anywhere else.

14)  I noticed some of the backs of your product cards have one of three Scripture verses.  While these may appeal to many retailers, do you offer product cards without Scripture?  Yes.  Though we do place Scripture on the backs of our cards as a standard, we also make available blank product card backings upon request of the retailer at no additional charge.
